About This Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our law firm clients get maximum value from the Gatim AI platform. You will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients, helping them adopt our platform and achieve their goals.
This role combines relationship management, product expertise, and strategic thinking. You will work with some of India's top law firms, understanding their workflows and helping them leverage AI to work more efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Onboard new law firm clients and drive platform adoption
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and work with product team
- Create training materials and conduct workshops
- Monitor customer health metrics and prevent churn
- Collaborate with sales team on renewals and upsells
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with B2B SaaS products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal industry or legal tech
- Background in consulting or professional services
- Knowledge of Indian legal market
- Multilingual (Hindi, regional languages)
