About This Role
We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our AI Research team. You will work on developing and deploying machine learning models specifically designed for the Indian legal domain.
Our AI powers features like intelligent legal research, document analysis, automated drafting suggestions, and multi-language translation. You will be working with large language models, NLP techniques, and building production-ready AI pipelines.
This is a unique opportunity to work on domain-specific AI that directly impacts how legal professionals work. Your models will be used by thousands of lawyers across India.
What You'll Do
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs for legal document understanding
- Build NLP pipelines for Indian legal text processing
- Design and implement RAG systems for legal research
- Optimize model inference for production deployment
- Collaborate with engineering team on AI feature integration
- Stay updated with latest AI research and apply innovations
- Build evaluation frameworks and improve model accuracy
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in ML/AI development
- Strong understanding of NLP and transformer architectures
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries
- Experience deploying models to production
- Strong mathematical foundation in ML concepts
Nice to Have
- Experience with legal or document AI
- Knowledge of Indian languages (Hindi, Gujarati, etc.)
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Publications in NLP/ML conferences
